1. What FlipFiles Pro Is

FlipFiles Pro (flipfilespro.io) is a paid, server-side document processing service operated by Muhammad Umer, Islamabad, Pakistan. It is a separate and distinct service from FlipFiles.io, which is a free browser-based toolkit where files never leave your device.

2. Files You Upload

What happens: When you use a tool on FlipFiles Pro, your file is transferred from your device to our private server via HTTPS encryption, processed by the software tool you selected, the result is returned to you for download, and both the original file and the processed result are permanently deleted from our server within 30 minutes.

What we never do:

• We never store your files beyond 30 minutes
• We never read or analyse the content of your files
• We never share your files with third parties
• We never use your files for AI model training
• We never create backup copies of your files
• No human employee ever views your uploaded files

3. Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. We use your email to verify your account, send password reset links, and (optionally) notify you about your usage and account changes. We do not sell your email address or send marketing emails without your consent.

4. Usage Data

We log basic usage data including which tool was used, file size (not file content), processing time, and date/time. This is used only to operate the job counter system (free tier limit) and to improve the service. This data is not sold or shared.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com). We never see, store, or have access to your credit card details. Lemon Squeezy is PCI-DSS compliant and acts as the Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, Lemon Squeezy stores your payment method and manages billing. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal, linked from your dashboard.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel on FlipFiles Pro.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing umerclicks@gmail.com. Account deletion removes your email, name, and usage history. Since files are already deleted within 30 minutes, there are no files to delete upon account deletion.

8. Security

All data transfers use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Our server runs on a private VPS with restricted access. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. We do not store payment details — these are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy.

9. Children

FlipFiles Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify registered users by email and update the date above.
