By creating an account or using FlipFiles Pro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FlipFiles Pro provides server-side file processing tools. Files you upload are processed and deleted within 30 minutes. The service requires a registered account. A free tier provides 5 jobs per month. Paid plans provide higher limits.
You agree not to upload files that:
You agree not to attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated scripts to abuse the free tier.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by applicable law.
Job counters reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused jobs do not roll over. If you reach your monthly limit, you will need to upgrade or wait for the next reset.
You are responsible for all files you upload. You confirm you have the right to process any file you upload. We accept no liability for the content of files uploaded by users.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for losses due to service downtime.
FlipFiles Pro is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or other damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
